The operator companies bring in for their hardest changes: pulling product, sales, finance and strategy in one direction until a plan turns into results. A decade of orchestrating expert humans turns out to be the exact skill set for orchestrating AI.

01 The origin

A decade across every seat in technology.

Corporate scale at SAP, then venture growth at Normative, then early stage investing at InThisTogether.vc. Different seats, one job: get specialists in product, finance, sales and strategy pointed the same way, and infuse intelligence across a company’s operations.

When it runs right it looks like an orchestra rather than a queue. Every specialist is doing the thing only they can do, the decisions come out coherent, and the founder gets to think about the next three years instead of this week. Getting a company into that state, and keeping it there, is the work.

Soulfoundry is the accumulation of that decade, offered to a small number of founders so they can focus on what matters most: building and growing the business, without distraction.

I run this as a one-person company on purpose. To stay an expert in this AI landscape you need to work with the products 24/7, and applying them to my own company to prove the concept is the only logical consequence.

02 Track record

Where the claims come from.

SAPChief of Staff
Ran the office behind a global services business, and before that took the innovation offerings that were hard to sell, AI among them, and built significant businesses out of them.
NormativeHead of Strategy
Built and ran the strategy that took a climate-tech challenger to category leader, and led investor and analyst relations through it.
InThisTogether.vcPartner
A leading European investment network, connecting US capital with Europe’s strongest tech companies. Built its operating model from scratch, from infrastructure and CRM to process and portfolio reporting, running as one integrated system orchestrated by AI.
Angel investingSoulfoundry
Backing European founders applying AI to real problems rather than to demos, and building companies that understand how it changes the shape of a business rather than just its tooling.
03 How I work

Three things worth knowing before you write.

You work with me, directly. No team in between.

I work with the best. A one-person company by design, so I choose engagements carefully, with companies I believe are winners.

This is just the start. I like to stay on as a long-term partner after an engagement ends, through advice, capital or introductions, so we win together.
